Bill Biesel has been serving the thriving community of Arlington, Texas for over 30 years. He has helped countless customers find their next commercial and investment properties.

"I have been in the real estate business since 1975. I originally started with Hunt Stephens Investments, a Hunt Family company that owned office buildings, retail properties and raw land throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area. I was involved in all areas of the real estate business including marketing, leasing, sales, property management and real estate evaluation and consulting. After five an one half years with Hunt Stephens Investments, I joined McCaslin Properties, Inc., a real estate development firm specializing in the construction and management of office buildings, medical office buildings and office showroom space in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Tyler, Texas.

In 1983 I formed Biesel Investments, Inc. Since then, I have been selling raw land, office buildings, retail strip buildings and warehouses for various individuals and companies all over the Dallas Fort Worth area. I also do third party management for entities such as the Hogan Family in Fort Worth and other property owners.

My father built more than 90,000 square feet of warehouse and retail space starting in 1959. I now manage those buildings for my family. I have also purchased various commercial buildings in Arlington that I own and manage.

I also perform zoning consulting work for various individuals and corporations."
